Returns

Due to most of our items being handmade, we will no longer be accepting any Refunds or Exchanges on these items. We are confident that you will be happy with your ordered items.

If you are unsure of sizing before ordering, please direct message us on Instagram or contact us via email for sizing help. 
Alternatively, you can add your measurements to the notes when ordering.

We will only replace HANDMADE items if they are defective or damaged. In this case, you will be able to exchange it for the same item and size. Please send us an email at etoileluxe2020@gmail.com for more details on this.

FOR STOCK ITEMS Exchange and Returns are still accepted. We must have received back the item no more than 7 days after delivery and item still has labels and hygiene stickers in tact, showing no signs of wear. ​

We aim to process refunds and exchanges for STOCK ITEMS within 14 days after receiving the return.
